With over 3 decades of underwriting experience, Ken’s career has been on an upward trajectory.
After graduating from his beloved Youngstown State University in Ohio, he has had stops as the Senior Underwriting Director for Lincoln Financial, Chief Underwriting Officer for Advantage Insurance Network, and currently serves as the VP and Treasurer for the Association of Home Office Underwriters
Will Walker

Director of Member Underwriting Services
Will is a skilled negotiator and uses his talents to secure the best offers on our largest cases. After studying Finance at San Diego State University, Will spent the first half of his career learning the intricacies of insurance at the carrier level while working with Standard Insurance of Oregon.
Will then pivoted to Brokerage Underwriting where his enriched understanding from time at the carriers helped hone his ability to perform packaging, underwriting, and negotiating large, challenging cases.
